The Global Wrestling Alliance was a wrestling promotion based out of the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. This episode was filmed at the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, FL. Adrian Street I used to live in Hollywood, FL during the mid to late 80's. I used to tune in every Saturday to see what was going to happen. I mostly tuned in to cheer for my neighbor who lived across the street from me, Kurt Koski (AKA Rusty Brooks). While I don't remember every wrestler, the ones I remember from back then were "Soulman" Alex G Steve "The Party Animal" Collins "Ram Man" Johnny Evans Jumbo Baretta The Malenko Brothers (Joe & Dean) Tom "The Punisher" Nash "Lord" Norman Smiley The tag team known as Death Row (I don't remember the team member's names) As a 9-year old kid, I used to love watching this show. It makes me wish that there were more televised independent wrestling promotions out there today.
