**NOTICE TO VIEWERS** This episode showcases a historic restoration project of a Fi 156 Storch. This aircraft served in World War II with the German Air Force, the Luftwaffe. This aircraft is a historical artifact that is used to educate the public about World War II history. The Commemorative Air Force does not endorse or glorify Nazism or Neo-Nazism. This aircraft is one of only four surviving examples of a Fi 156 D, the dedicated air-ambulance model, which features an enlarged fuselage door, two stretchers for injured soldiers, and even a collection tray for blood.
