After so long... another House Flipper video! I tried a new approach in flipping by setting up a user profile first, only then designing according to the occupant's character. The property chosen is Alleyway of Lights, one of the smaller units of the Cyberpunk DLC of House Flipper. Overall, I think the details truly reflect the occupant's slack. Like the sauna-turned-junk room, crooked decorations, worn-out tiles that he didn't bother to patch... Just to name a few. Another effort is in the video editing: a bit of character flair in the commentary/ subtitle too.
