Showing my struggles getting a 64x64 1/32 scan RGB LED matrix panel working, limitations of how some libraries work and what is required to get this type of display going. Smaller displays work fine with libraries like PxMatrix on an ESP8266 but my display flickered with that setup. Let's look at the panel controller schematic and see how they really work.
