Thin slices carrots , reddish, cauliflower, cabbage Thick slices cucumber, zucchini, pepper spices : garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, salt Ferment it at least 4 hours or overnight. Put them into jars very tightly and cover it with the juice that comes out of the mix, Keep it in the fridge up to 6 months. Marble breakfast cake 6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs) 1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have) 1tbsp vanilla flavor 1/4 cup maple syrup 2tbsp ghee 3/4 cup almond flour 3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour 1 tsp baking soda First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies. Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
