Equip ECM only when enemy use laser guided Javelins because it penetrates flares unless you head-on the javelin warhead every time. It's impossible to evade all of them in 25 minutes round! When you got fired by Javelin, descend the jet immediately and wait the Javelin coming nearby your jet, then activate ECM.
