An excerpt from the Classic Farming with Classic Machinery DVDs - harvesting potatoes. The field is opened up using a Whitsed Turnill digger/hoover behind a John Deere 1140, and hand picked into bags. The haulm is then removed with a John Deere 2040 and Ransomes-Johnson flail topper. Finally, a John Deere 3140 and Key-Ag Solo single-row harvester lifts the crop which is carted away by the 1140 and 2040 with Harford and O.B. Wright trailers.
