It’s over here:    • If Your Ex Is Ghosting You, Make This...   And of course, please also subscribe to our YouTube channel here:    / relationinnergame   ****** If you’re wondering what to do after the No Contact Rule with your ex, it’s really pretty simply. First and foremost, you want to calibrate to where your ex is at on an emotional level. You don’t know where they are and what their current emotional mood is. So it’s important to test the waters first. I generally recommend starting with a simple message to gauge your ex’s response and where they are emotionally. From there, you want to match where they are at. Then start to guide them down toward a level of deeper emotional connection and bonding. This will allow you to take your ex down to a place where they feel more comfortable connecting with you on an emotional level. I know that this can be hard. That’s why we really advice people to practice connecting on an emotional level and guiding others down to this extremely deep level of connection. After No Contact you really don’t know what your ex may be experiencing. So it’s important to meet them where they are at and to be accepting of their current emotional state. When a period of time passes we don’t know how someone will respond. Maybe they will be open to being in contact with us. Maybe they will still be holding on to pain and hurt from the breakup and what happened or didn’t happen. Either way, you have to take it slow and be wiling to meet your ex where they are at emotionally and guide them toward deeper levels of connection and bonding with you.
