It starts with the capital investment, which means what is your income, interior cost going to be, what are your racking costs going to be, what kind of budgets you should be having for your software, for the hardware? All of this is going to be a part of your capital investment. And then we come move on to the operating costs that what are your rentals, what are your salaries and what are the other electricity, WiFi, telephone, your marketing expense, which is going to be a recurring cost. So we try and analyze all of these and based on this, we come up with the numbers saying that these are the rentals that are going to be most affordable for the business, which is extremely important even when you are starting off your own business. Please ensure that you make this. Starting a business without a business model is like playing a Dart game in dark. You're sure to fail. So it's great if you can have a complete roadmap of your business, at least for the next five years planned beforehand and the complete sale projections for the next one year, two years, three years, four years, five years. To understand that what the entire scenario looks like in most cases, because supermarket, as we all know, the margins are not very high.
