ACS Migration Skills Assessment: ACS Case study/ Level 1 Appeal (more favourable outcome)

This talk is about how it is possible to get skills assessed by ACS under three occupations from three different occupation groups. The occupations were 261111 - ICT Business Analyst, 135112 - ICT Project Manager and 262112 - ICT Security Specialist. In this case study, you will know how the applicant got a more favourable outcome in a Level 1 Appeal, resulting in a better skill level requirement met date or fewer years of deduction. An overseas bachelor's degree that was considered not related to the nominated occupation in the original application was considered later as related in the appeal application. Likewise, some of the work employment episodes that were not considered as related to the nominated occupation in the original application were considered later as related in the appeal application. ACS Migration Skills Assessment can be used for a Skilled Independent visa (subclass 189) Points-tested stream, Subclass 190 Skilled Nominated visa, Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491) and employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) visas.
