The modular design can be easily disassembled for both clean-in-place and clean-out-of-place processes. Cusps in the casing's profile maximize efficiency and draining. This series has timed, non-contacting rotors - which minimize shear while providing extended dry run capability. The Classic+ Series™ can be used in a number of different applications - including upstream, raw material processing for pharmaceuticals, personal care products, food and beverage, dairy, confectionary, and chemical processes. Each process is unique - and the Classic+ Series™ has options to meet different requirements. This series is offered with a complete range of industrial or hygienic porting options, and while most applications can be satisfied with mechanical seal options other seal solutions are available. It also comes in a range of sizes - with capacities from 17 to 832 gallons per minute - allowing you to scale up or down depending on process needs. Front cover jacketing is also available to aid with pumping room temperature solids like chocolate.
