In this video, I have explained how to calculate the resistance value for LEDs for different input voltage. It is very important to select right series resistor before using a LED in a circuit otherwise the LED may burnout. In this video, I have shown how to identify the LED rating from the datasheet and from that rating how to calculate resistance value and wattage required to connect the led in a circuit using ohm law for different input voltages. After calculation the resistance value we have practically measured the voltage and current value with a multimeter and compare it with the calculated data.
