Since then, food has become his life and his restaurants are his legacy. Rocco then talks about his return to Cleveland and his decision to go out on his own at a young age, starting Fahrenheit in Tremont, expanding to Fahrenheit Charlotte and ultimately building another Fahrenheit in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
