It was the culmination of a poisonous ideology taken to its most oppressive extent in which human life was devalued, countries were occupied and devastated, and power was concentrated among a small number of people. However the policy still did not let people own anything. He had failed to realize that not only do people not like being repressed and stolen from, but with no personal incentive such as profit or growth, people were not going to continue working. The Union's output dropped and it was relentlessly clowned by its people until it collapsed. This is the glory that Russia wants to restore to this day. This song is one of those clownings.
