Welcome! This is a video of the different species of insects I got to see in Costa Rica in the summer of 2019. Since we haven't really been able to travel as much this past year, I thought I'd keep the Costa Rica series going with a new simple video. If you're wondering what kinds of insects you could see on your trip to Costa Rica, hopefully this video will help. Obviously it depends on the season, time of day, etc. and these are what I was lucky to spot but there are many more species that you could potentially see. The shots in this video were taken in the Tortuguero, Boca Tapada, Arenal, Caño Negro/Rio Celeste, Puntarenas and Osa regions of Costa Rica. *The names of certain insects are not necessarily correct (I am no animal/insect expert and tried my best with the help of the internet and what I remember). If you see an insect title that is incorrect, please don't hesisate to let me know and I will modify it. All help is appreciated.
