Improper drainage around your foundation leads to water leaks and flooding in your basement. Reduce this risk with a downspout and sump dry well system. In this video I install a downspout/sump dry well to replace the old French drain system at my house. Over the years, this drain had gotten clogged up with muck and silt and didn't drain effectively.
