In 2017 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) but my symptoms started in 2006. In this video I give an update on my life with MS. I share my MS story and how I am living with MS to hopefully help others who live with MS or chronic illness to better manage their symptoms with a combination of diet, exercise, sleep and mindfulness/kindness.
