GBO2 ReZEL: Did the buffs go too far?!

This video is a custom match I had with the recently buffed LV2 ReZEL on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 600-650 cost general with great shooting damage, high stun accumulation, great mobility, an amazing transformation and similar melee ability to the Zeta Gundam. Its incredibly well rounded nature leaves it without many weaknesses, but its hover movement can be awkward to learn for melee combat and its HP is a little below average. I thought that the ReZEL was quite a strong suit before but these recent buffs catapulted it up to the same level as suits like Re-GZ Custom. I hope that you enjoy watching! The primary weapon of the LV2 ReZEL is a beam rifle with 2100 (3300) power, 5 ammo, 5 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds reload, 1 seconds swap, 305m (605m) range, 3.5 seconds focus and 10% (50%) stagger value. Uncharged shots stun with decent power and short cooldown time, charged shots consume two ammo but have very high power. This is also usable in waverider form. Its primary melee is a beam saber with 2450 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 0.7 seconds swap and 60% combo modifier. This shares the same melee moveset and combo modifier as the Zeta Gundam though its base power is a little low for 600-650 cost, so comboing into the beam spear is required to do good melee damage. Its first sub weapon is an arm grenade launcher with 1050 power, 2 ammo, 10 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 250m range and 50% stagger value. These only have two ammo but they have enough stagger potential to stun/break MA of suits without damage control or higher levels of Maneuver Armor. They also have decent ballistic damage. Its second sub weapon is a shield beam cannon with 1000x3 (2700) power, 18%x3 (90%) heat, 0.8 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds overheat, 0.77 seconds swap, 400m (450m) range, 2 seconds focus time and 25%x3 (50%) stagger value. Uncharged shots have outstanding power along with short cooldown, low heat and high stagger value. Charged shots do less damage overall but instant staggers. This is your primary DPS and build stagger tool for MS mode. Its third sub weapon is a beam spear with 2310 power, 4 seconds cooldown, 0.77 seconds swap and 100%x2 downswing modifier. This can only swing once and has high cooldown, but it does outstanding damage on downswing and has very long range. You can use this in the middle of melee combos for extra damage or just stun into downswing for an easy knockdown. Its first sub weapon in waverider form is a beam cannon with 1650 (1350x3) power, 80% (50%x3) heat, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 12 seconds overheat, 0.5 seconds swap, 400m (450m) range, 1 second focus time and 20% (50%x3) stagger value. Both shot modes instant stagger but the charged shot fires a three shot burst with high power and stun accumulation. You can easily combo this into MS mode melee by detransforming and shooting your beam rifle after this hits. It may also be fired while boosting. The LV2 ReZEL has 19500 HP, 20 ballistic resist, 27 beam resist and 25 melee resist. Its defensive stats are just about average though its HP is a little below average. You lack Maneuver Armour so be careful not to be caught out in stunlocking combos. You do have a 30% reduction back buffer though which is very effective if you get knocked down facing downwards or while in waverider form. You also have Fall Control which negates instant stagger while falling, this is useful when detransforming to avoid being stunned during this vulnerable state. You have Emergency Evasion System in both modes to avoid taking damage or being stunlocked. It also has 135 (195) hover speed, 210 (235) boost speed, 80 thrust and 69 (69) turning speed. Its MS mode mobility is just about average other than the boosting speed, though its waverider form has outstanding mobility. You have a lot of thrust though which lets you make full use of your LV3 Flight Control, LV2 Forced Injector and LV1 Transformation. While transformed you have the powerful High Boost Ram Attack skill to increase boosting speed by 5 and ram power by 1000 after boosting for about one second. This pairs excellently with your boost fire beam cannon for those 3000 power ram attacks. You also have Optimized Transformation to use much less thrust than normal in waverider form. Overall I think that the ReZEL is the best 600 cost all-rounder general since its buff. It has the tools to excel in any situation with two instant staggers, multiple forms of build stagger, outstanding shooting DPS, good melee damage and an amazing waverider form. It is suitable for any map or situation seemingly with it capable of shooting or going for melee as the situation demands. To me it feels like it is stronger or as strong as the often agreed upon as overpowered Re-GZ Custom, so I don't think this buff was needed at all. Thus I can recommend playing the ReZEL.
