Standard early Total Devo concert. Sixth show on that tour. Starts off with Jerry and a man with strange hair bickering about soundchecks (I think). He complains to the cameraman about Enigma Records, then goes and complains to a bench, on which are seated Mark, Bob 1, and Mark's then-wife Nancye Ferguson. David Kendrick is leaning against the stage, not paying a bit of attention. More pre-concert bullshit happens, and then the show starts. There's also a huge Israeli flag hanging in somebody's dorm window. No idea. Two-camera mix.
