This is the Football Manager Show's Derby County Community Challenge - 6 months in game every real life week! This episode we get out feet under the table, this is how I work out how I'm going to manage a club, what formation and what personnel we will use. As a result this will be the episode that will cover the least amount of time, future episodes will see us blast through the fixtures and HOPEFULLY up the table and not sacked haha!
