WHERE I DID MY TESTING FLAT TRACK In GTA V normal roads, highways,etc are not flat there're bumps, up/down sections which can affect top speed and can give inaccurate and unpredictable results. To minimize these inaccuracies. I did my testing on flat track which has no bumps,no steep/inclined section. The top speed we get from this track is actual top speed of vehicle and you can replicate the results if you want. Remember I'll only take stable top speed value in which vehicle spend at-least 30s. HOW I RANK CARS First priority is top speed but if two or more cars tie then I sorted them on basis of their price (cheaper one will get better rank)
