Error 13 is down to a corrupt / missing dashboard file. Error 16 is a failure to set date / time on boot. Error 16 usually follows Error 13 after the machine has been left unplugged for a couple of hours - and it's a lot harder to get around! If your machine develops Error 13 then please do all you can to leave the machine plugged in otherwise fun is there to be had!
