I'm RainbowRager, but you can just call me Ethan. Welcome to my channel! I am an artist/animator, and I create animations/drawn stories that I want to share with an audience. This channel is mainly a place where I get to express my creativity and to just be myself, because I'm way too insecure to talk about it in public because I have social anxiety. My purpose on YouTube is to have fun and practice my artistic abilities. Fame and money is not important to me. Every fandom has a bad side to it, which is pretty expected, considering the internet. But my problem that I have with this is how easily exposed those people could be to outsiders of the fandom. From what I can tell, fandoms that are typically the most popular consist of mainly a younger audience, or the internet weirdos. Children nowadays are more exposed to the internet, but I know that children aren't fully developed into understanding what's right or not, so it could lead the entire internet into the weird creations that they make. And also the internet weirdos exist as well, and they can make some of the most disturbing things that can steer people away from what the characters are really supposed to be, and sometimes the normal people of the fandom make fun of them, and it might even end up as a meme. People like these, children and internet weirdos, are typically the ones who 'toy' around with the characters, because they're fictional and there's no hurt feelings. So they like to pair characters together because it's for fun and it's interesting to test out which characters would be better together. But what I hate about this is that it's heavily induced in romanticism and love. Relationships are never as simple as what you see in fiction, but since it's all a fantasy, everything will feel a lot easier. What's worse than this is that people create conflict from this because certain people may not like the pairing that others may like. Characters are in love, disaster becomes born. Seriously though, the audience that franchises build are always bringing up the weirdest people. If only there was a way to keep them in their place and not all over the internet.
