Part 3 in our series on the training progression for the OC Technical Diver. We have finally arrived at Decompression Diving. Planed, staged decompression. Actual technical diving. We're going to be answering: What are the prerequisites for decompression procedures training? What can you expect to learn on your decompression procedures course? Who is decompression procedures best suited for? If you are interested in technical diving, decompression procedures training is absolutely essential. Whether you want to further your diving into caves, or deep wreck diving or learn to CCR (rebreather) dive, decompression procedures gives you the foundational skills required for these advanced diving activities. As before, I currently teach TDI's program of courses, so the dive standards mentioned in this video are a reflection of TDI.
