In this video, we explore the Ischia Green fig and provide a flavor profile. I incorrectly stated the person who discovered this fig. In Ira Condit's monograph, Condit references a book by John Rogers, "The fruit cultivator" published by J. Ridgway and Sons, 1837, London. In this book, Rogers states "all the Ischia figs introduced by [Philip] Miller from an Italian island of that name were of first quality."
