No radiation suit needed. This is How to steal rock drake egg. Tame one good level andrewsarchus and craft armor to it. Easiest method in my opinion. Run inside the cave and look for the high level egg and then kill rock drakes near that egg so you can fast exit because there will be really alot of drakes coming after you.
