But, with practice and a some techniques, you will be able to feel more comfortable with this section and even maybe excel at it. Here is the advice I have for you for QR: Use the tutorial part of Medify (or any other resource) to familiarise yourself with the level of math you will need to know (ratios, percentages, graphs, time zones...) Practice, practice and practice even more! I know this is a really basic piece of advice but for the QR section of UCAT this is really the way to go. Practicing will allow you to familiarise yourself with the question types but it will also let you build and solidify techniques that work for you. Additionally, it will make you more comfortable with the section and your confidence will rise! Furthermore, in this video, I walk you through three different types of quantitative reasoning questions (speed, table and diagram) and explain to you live how I approach and answer them. If you've made it this far, thank you for your support and don't forget that “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” – Mark Twain (so the secret of getting ahead for the UCAT is to get started 😉) #QuantitativeReasoning #Ucat #Ucat2020
