here are a couple of chill and wholesome summer days in my life — hope you enjoy, xx instagram: @clarisseintheclouds hi friends! this week’s video is a vlog of a couple days in my life from this past week.🦋 first I had a fun day out with my friend krista where we mostly walked around and took instagram pictures. it was actually something we had both been wanting to do for a while and it was really fun! I’ve been wanting to be more active on instagram but I’ve never really been the kind to take a lot of pictures so this made me step out of my comfort zone a little (in a good way!) it’s much less awkward to take pictures out when you’re with a friend you are comfortable with and I didn’t feel embarrassed like I might have otherwise been. 📷 I also have been spending these past couple of days studying for my driver’s test. it’s actually been really draining because there is a lot of reading to do; most of it is just about driving laws which are pretty self-explanatory but there is a lot to remember too. anyway, it got to a point where I was just reading traffic laws on and on for hours straight so…pretty boring and exhausting. but hey! I passed the exam so clearly I did something right. afterwards, I just needed a day to recharge and do things I love which included some reading, heading out and baking these cute mini apple pies.🥧✨ I am seriously SO proud of how they turned out !! although it was a lot of work for not many pies (about twelve in total which my family and I finished in about one day), I really enjoyed the process of baking. it’s not an activity I’ve had much time to do this semester (other than my banana bread phase last fall lol ) so I had a really nice time dancing to music and focusing on making these mini apple pies. I’m hoping to do more of that this summer! well, that’s pretty much what I’ve been up to. what about you? what’s one thing that you’ve been enjoying lately? it could be anything whether it be a show, book, song or an activity.
