Brendan Perry - Showbox Comedy and Supper Club - Seattle, 14th November, 1999 (Eye of the Hunter tour) One of the things that makes me appreciate Brendan Perry is that, in his performances, he always plays songs that most of his listeners have no idea even exist. Even alternative versions of already recorded songs. That's why I enjoy sharing and finding people who have the same passion for Perry's music as I do. He's definitely my favourite artist... his lyrically, spiritual and beautiful enchanting songs constantly make me miss playing his music every time, and his authenticity only deepens that appreciation. He's one of the few artists I still feel excited to listen to, amidst so much poor “music” these days. Well, this is a way of expressing my gratitude to him for his beautiful songs.
