This video takes you along part of Main Street in K-town, starting from the Landstuhl train station and outside the K-town mall. Filmed on a Sunday in January 2024, the highlight of the video is the mall (@20:28). Its modern architecture stands as a landmark, blending with the surrounding historical buildings. Quick Tip: many restaurants and businesses are cash-only, and ATMs charge high fees. Around @27:00, you’ll notice a tall building. On the 21st floor, there’s a restaurant with a terrace bar. Although the food isn’t highly recommended by locals, the nighttime view makes it worth a visit. At @31:00, we take a quick look at the entrance gate of the Japanese Garden, which was closed during filming. However, we can imagine a much more vibrant K-town in the summer, with buskers’ music filling the streets and people enjoying food and drinks on the patios. I also want to apologize for the brief video discrepancy (@1:10). I’ll do better next time!
