For lunch, I’ll show you a meal I enjoyed out at a restaurant that’s balanced and perfect for a weight loss journey. Later, I get creative with dinner, transforming leftovers into a tasty, nutritious meal. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated! Recipe (delicious sauce): 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1 tsp ginger (powdered or fresh) 1 tsp garlic (optional) -Mix everything together in a jar. Double the recipe to keep extra sauce to use on protein.
