Mix it. Add cardamom powder (Elaichi) – 1 tsp and mix well. Add ghee, mix well Add sugar, mix it. Add milk and mix it. Dissolve sugar. Add wheat flour, mix well. Put a lid on the bowl and Leave the dough to rest for 2 hour. Apply oil on board and roll it. Spread Khus Khus (Poppy seeds) on dough. Flip the dough. Spread Poppy seeds on other side. Roll it. Cut it. Cut it into rhombus shape. Heat the oil and add khajoor to fry. Cook on low flame. Flip continuously. When Khajoor colour turn into reddish-brown colour then remove from oil. Khajoor is ready now.
