All knockouts, kills and target terminations made in a casual run through the main campaign, this includes all player activated cutscenes where the main protagonist destroys a target or gets a knockout or a kill. Also includes NPCs who happen to get in the way of the vehicle when transiting from mission to mission. If a target vehicle is destroyed, it will count as one kill unless you can see the enemies within the vehicle, then they will all be counted.
