MARIA EMMERICH PROTEIN SPARRING BREAD | KETO | LOW-CARB | LCHF| CARNIVORE | SUGAR AND FLOUR FREE This recipe is not mine, it is a recipe from a keto coach called Maria Emmerich, although I had to change some ingredients because where I live there is no egg white protein without sugar or keto sweeteners. On the channel I have made several bread recipes, but this one is the best of all, not only because it has a neutral flavor, so it can be adapted to any dish, but also because it is zero carbs per slice, as it is made from 100% egg whites. I got the dehydrated egg whites on Amazon, they are a very common ingredient in pastry, so if you can't find them where you live, ask a pastry chef where you can get them. There are also protein powders based on egg whites (like the ones Maria Emmerich uses in her recipe), make sure they do not contain sugars or other non-keto ingredients. The recipe can also be made with a hand mixer, it will take a little longer, but the result will be the same. I also recommend that you grease well and do not over fill the form, the bread tends to rise, so if the dough is too large, divide it into two or more forms. You can make bread into hot dog buns or hamburger buns, bake for 13-15 minutes.
