Whether you do a full PPM or a partial "DITY". First step is to create a move request for your PPM in DPS before leaving. This paperwork is only for the weight you are moving, nothing else. Once you have your paperwork printed out, it is just a matter of weighing your vehicle empty and full on a certified scale anywhere between points "A" and "B".
