Hi I made all of the alloy parts on this machine using my manual mill it's just a small bridge port style mill with the plan to modify / upgrade them with the CNC when it was up and running . And so todays video is a trial to pocket out using 2d adaptive roughing leaving 0.100mm followed by a 2d adaptive finish pass with nothing to leave and then finish with a fine chamfer operation But there was a crash which I left in as from time to time with the Z height even though I set the cutter to the stock and zero out the DRO and measure that it goes up the correct distance at the start of the program every now and then it just stuffs anyway hope you enjoy the video please fell free to comment cheers Bill
