CREEKFEST 2015: PORIRUA 50th ANNIVERSARY

Porirua Whanau Centre and the Porirua Community presents CREEKFEST 2015! In 2015 we celebrated along with Porirua City by hosting a 50th Birthday Party acknowledging Porirua's 50th Anniversary. Helping along with New Zealands Biggest Health Festival, are the sponsors valuable to the set up and running of the event. Porirua Whanau Centre, Porirua City Council, CCDHB, Regional Public Health, Compass Health, Pasefika Proud, E Tu Whanau, MSD, Wellington Kindergartens and RPE. The Urban Stage was populated with some fantastic acts although one was held up in customs due to Visa issues. Still the show must go on and SAMMY J, J GEEKS, SWISS, TREE VAIFALE, TOMORROW PEOPLE, ALO KEY along with locals THE MITIS, HCK, and a whole host of other up and coming artists. A great party for CREEKFEST 2016 and the as per usual everyone pitched in to MAKE IT HAPPEN!! Happy 50th Anniversary PORIRUA ... heres to another successful 50!!
