What Happens After Reaching $LEO's Max Supply? | System Income

Hi everyone! By now, we know that the maximum supply of the LEO token is 50 million, and we anticipate reaching this cap in 32 years. However, we can't wait until we're about to hit the limit to start preparing. That's why we're already developing various forms of system income that will replace the block rewards once we reach the cap. In this clip: Block rewards serve as the initial incentive for new users to contribute to platform development We are working on several sources of revenue generation: LeoAds, LeoDex, Premium subscriptions Similar to Bitcoin, rewards will gradually shift from block rewards to System Income Aim to migrate 10% of HIVE's trading volume from centralized exchanges (CEXs) to LeoDex Block rewards in Hive and Inleo can be earned not only through investments, but also by engaging in social actions like blogging and commenting. These rewards are designed to incentivize new users to actively use and contribute to the platform. One can approach crypto by investing money directly, or by investing time to earn a share of these rewards. As the project gains momentum and the emission approaches zero, transitioning from block rewards to other systems becomes necessary. In our case, System Income comprises various revenue streams that we are currently building. Some are already operational, while others are still in development or will become more viable in the future. For instance, LeoAds will become more profitable as our user base grows and attracts more attention. The cornerstone of our System Income strategy is LeoDex. It is essential for Hive to have listings on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) like LeoDex, especially since most of our transactions currently occur on centralized exchanges (CEXs) such as Binance. Our aim is to shift at least 10% of this activity to LeoDex. We discuss more ideas related to this topic in this episode of Chain Chatter. Although we are still years away from reaching the maximum token supply, we are proactively developing systems that will sustain the economy post-emission.
