#CuevadelCastillo The Cueva del Castillo or Cave of the Castle is an archaeological interest contains world’s ancient cave paintings dating back 40,000 years. Located in Spain, it is hailed as the oldest established show-caves that pulls 50,000 visitors into its labyrinth. The largest and oldest group of rock arts have been existing since Lower Paleolithic and Bronze Age. In 1903, the cave was discovered by a Spanish archaeologist following which the cave was accessible to scholars. Besides El Castillo, other caves have been discovered forming a mass of incredible art work. After decades, the paintings were credited to female artists backed by examination of finger length ratio.
