Ode of Everblooming Crimson EX Stage Complete Clear Guide [Azur Lane]

In this video you're going to learn everything you need to know to successfully beat the new Japanese Anniversavy Event's EX Stage. We're going to talk about the general mechanics of the said gamemode, about the strong side and weaknesses of the boss, will thoroughly discuss all three phases of the fight and pick the most preferable equipment for fighting fith the boss. We will also take a look at the attack patterns in both Normal and Challenge mode. In other words, after this video you won't have any troubles beating the EX stage! Now, as was promised in the video itself, I will list the possible ships combinations to clear the Normal mode easily. As for the backline, you should pick either three battleships, or three aircraft carriers, there's no need in using mixed backlines in this encounter. I prefer to use the carriers, as I find them more rewarding and versatile. Akagi META does not move too much during the fight, so the usage of a ship with slowing capabilities is not really needed, though, if you wint it necessary, use either Implacable or Formidable or Ark Royal. August von Parseval should be a nice option too. As for the remaining aircraft carriers, go for anything that can deal a lot of damage to a single medium-armoured target: Shinano, Hakuryuu, Theseus, Centaur, Albion, Enterprise, Yorktown II, Amagi CV, Admiral Nakhimov, Chkalov and so on. As long as your desired carrier can use torpedo bombers, you're fine, and the more -- the better. As for the battleships, the choice of your main gun artillery is always more important than the choice of the ship itself, so make sure to pick them accordingly. Bismarck Zwei, New Jersey, Friedrich der Grosse, Georgia, Monarch, Alsace, Sovetsky Soyuz -- the possible combinations are endless. Now for the frontline. It takes the most amount of damage, so think about maximizing the survivability rate first. You can use any ship that you can find particularly tanky, most likely large or heavy cruisers: Azuma, Kronshtadt, Anchorage, Agir, maybe even Harbin and Plymouth. As for the rest of the vanguard line, you can choose either buffers of the backline, like Helena, Kazagumo, Yuugure, Emden or something along the line, or damage dealers: Shimakaze, Unzen, Yuudachi, Ayanami, Ibuki. Now a few words about the Challenge mode. If you can't deal enough damage to Akagi during the DPS check in the third phase, try to substiture Plymough or whatever your tank is for another DPS. Shimakaze paired with Unzen should deal just enough damage. Oh, and Helena is also there just because Helena is cute, she doesn't really serve a particular purpose, as it is hard to time her skills with the airstrikes. Feel free to use someone else.
