The diet should contain lots of fruits and vegetables for supplementing vitamins and minerals in your diet. All kinds of whole cereals and whole legumes and plenty of water to hydrate our body and do transportation of the nutrients to all parts of your body. Preferably the food groups that you might prefer would be more of curd and yogurt for calcium and protein and some fruits that make your body slim like more of citrus fruits like orange family and lemons and raw vegetables as salads. Make you food very colourful and healthy. Reduce the consumption of junk food, fast food, aerated beverages and processed foods. Take more of healthy foods and stay healthy.
