Hey everyone! Today I’m going to be showing you how to sew two different types of dinosaurs out of fuzzy socks, a T-Rex and a Brachiosaurus/long-necked dinosaur. Both these plushies are great for skilled beginners. T-Rex - 0:41 Brachiosaurus - 5:30 If you're new to making fuzzy sock plushies, I highly recommend checking out my beginners' guide: • The Ultimate Guide to Making Fuzzy So... MATERIALS: -One green fuzzy sock (T-Rex) -One and a half fuzzy socks any color (Brachiosaurus) -Marker in matching color to your sock -Needle and thread -Fabric shears/sharp scissors -Toy stuffing/fiberfill -Something for the eyes (superglue and flat-backed eyes, beads, embroidery thread or yarn, black felt, etc.) 0:00 - Intro 0:41 - T-Rex 5:30 - Brachiosaurus 8:40 - Outro SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of toy stuffing, you can use anything that's soft and fluffy. For example, fuzzy sock scraps or yarn scraps, cut into small pieces, would work perfectly. As stated above, you can glue on eyes like I did in the video, or you can sew on beads or make french or colonial knots with embroidery thread. For a more handmade look, you can sew X'es with embroidery thread, or sew on small circles of black felt. Thanks so much for watching (and being committed enough to check the description box)! Feel free to subscribe for more fuzzy sock plushies, crochet, sewing, and whatever else I feel like doing. See you next time!
