Hi dancers! Today I am bringing you a dance class on how to get higher leg extensions. I know we all want to work on flexibility and getting awesome leg holds, tilts, and other flexibility tricks. Trainer Kendall Baab, from True Dance Potential, joins me and teaches us a few exercises to improve mobility and leg height! She really knows her stuff and we are so lucky that she shares flexibility tips in this follow along tutorial. We start out with half-circles, move into clamshells, make our way to a hamstring stretch, and then even try an actual leg hold in center.
