I couldn't get a clip long enough of him doing the 1&1/2 versions long enough to flip it without the words looking backwards. I've posted the entire routine below from the original video. Other than that it should be a really nice easy to follow along video and I hope it serves you well. I wish there were more. I may look into making more of these for the routines I do the most.
