FINIC Fluidized Dryer The FINIC Fluidized Dryer drys a wide range of agricultural produce in a fast way. By fluidization, it is meant that the produce to be dried is suspended in air. The suspension makes possible a total surface area of the grains to be exposed and be in contact with the drying medium resulting in a fast drying. Summarized Technical Details: 1) Batch capacity is 50kg. Bigger ones can also be manufactured. 2)Time taken to dry depends on the produce type. The larger the cereal or pulse size, the longer it takes. The cereal type used in this show, is millet and it takes 15 minutes to bring it to the required moisture level (13%) for storage. 3) Is powered by a Diesel engine of 15 Horse Power.
