Buying Wheels and Tires from CarID. What should you expect?

I got my wheel set up from CarID. While it was an easy experience, it wasn't perfect. CarID mounts the tires to the wheels and balances theme, included in the price of the wheels. Unfortunately, this means that the wheels were taken out of their box and shipped to me with just a piece of cardboard over the wheel faces. This was not enough protection, and the wheels arrived with cosmetic damages. CarID did take responsibility and offered a pretty small discount, which may not have been enough to repaint the wheels. Other than the shipping and cosmetic damage, CarID also failed to send me the installation kit that I paid extra for. I had to request the item afterward. While I would most likely buy wheels from CarID again due to the large selection, I would probably wait until they have a better shipping method, in order to avoid damages during shipping.
