Add pellets to the hopper. Set Ninja Woodfire to the Smoke function, raise true temperature to 375°F and make sure the Woodfire flavour function is on. Allow the grill to preheat and then place the pan of ingredients on the grill. After 30 minutes, the cherry syrup is ready to come off the grill. Mash the syrup to squeeze out any remaining flavour/colour. Allow the syrup to cool, strain, and use in cocktails, mocktails, and desserts!
