Wait until she’s almost fully rotated 180 degrees before triggering the joint attack. Also, keep an eye on her deer summon, as it signals that time is about to continue. You can generally stay in the suspended state until the deer jumps and lands mostly. In TA case, if it doesn't work like here it means you’re probably going for it a bit too early, try delaying her QTE.
