Queenstown Travel Vlog - what a trip! I have to say this trip was probably the best one I’ve been on in a really long time! It was a much needed break from work for the both of us and we honestly loved every second of it! Below was our itinerary and a rough estimate on how much we spent per day! Day 1: Wednesday - Daily Budget - $723 * Leaving Wellington to Queenstown - Uber booked $30 * Get picked up from the airport by Ace Rentals $523 (car rental) * Drive to Queenstown and walk through the town and on the beach * Go to Yonder for brunch $70 * Go to Below Zero ice bar at 2pm - $30 for 2 people + complementary cocktail * Check into Airbnb at 3pm * Go out for dinner at The Ballarat Trading Co - the food and drinks were ok but, all other places were fully booked. - $70 Thursday ~ A N N I V E R S A R Y ~ $491 * Go to skyline gondola and lounge rides at 10-10:30am 6 rides each - $148 for 2 people * Go karts ride at 2pm takes 30 mins to get there check in is at 2:30pm and driving is at 3pm - $98 * Drive back to Airbnb to get ready for dinner 40 min drive * Anniversary dinner at Nest Kitchen & Bar at 5:30pm $122.50pp includes drinks = $245 Friday: $160 * leave Airbnb at 6:30am and drive to Fergbaker get a pie, donut and a coffee -$35 * Drive to Roy’s Peak at 7:30am * Get snacks - $40 * 8:40am start climbing Roy’s Peak * 4pm get back to car * Drive to the Wanaka Tree - 4 min drive * Go to Amigos for dinner Mexican - $85 Saturday: $340 * Get coffee from Goldie cafe in Arrowtown- $10 * Brunch at Ivy & Lola’s $70 * Boat cruise and buffet dinner on farm $260 for 2 people Sunday: $156 * Check our early 8am * Fill up car $86 * Drive to Queenstown and grab a coffee, pie and donut from Ferg Baker - $35 * Drop car off to Ace rentals * Be at airport by 10am * Book Uber for pick up at 12pm from Wellington airport -$35 please LIKE & SUBSCRIBE if you enjoyed this video and would like to see more videos like this - It really encourages and motivates me!
