The whole darn world was looking over me I ran inside but when I opened the door I fell face first right on the floor   I picked myself up and looked around My money was laying flat on the ground I scooped it up in my cold bare hand And then I heard a wild band   Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh, ahhh Ahhh, la-la-la-la-la-la laaaa   I ran out of there as quick as a flash But I stepped in a puddle with a big huge splash I made it home as fast as I could To watch that Little Red Riding Hood   When I got home I couldn’t believe my eyes The show was about secret agent spies I turned it off and went to bed I lay there a moment just to rest my head   I had the worst day, oh yeah The very worst day I had the worst day The very, very, very worst day   I just couldn’t seem to fall asleep So I started to weep and weep My dog came home just a barking and howling I opened the door and saw him sitting there growling   Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh, ahhh Ahhh, la-la-a-la-la-la laaaa   I went to the store and what did I see?
